They didn’t greet me. Or tell me it would be a minute. 3 people frosting cakes avoided eye contact. Store seemed more interested in a cake photo shoot that was going on. I waited 2 minutes then left. Usually much better service
So I make specialty cakes as a side job and am a perfectionist. So having someone else make my wedding cake definitely made me nervous. I went to a few different tastings at a couple different bakeries, and I was blown away by how delicious and the service I had at Frederick's. They let me customize my cake within the details of my package with the venue, and let me add extras for additional cost if I wanted them. Growing up in NH, I have always ordered from Frederick’s Pastries when it came to events for myself and or family. When I had my daughter, I knew I’d be ordering there for all of her birthdays! For the past 3 years we have ordered her birthday cakes from here and couldn’t be more pleased. The decorators take time to listen to what we want as well as bounce ideas back to us on what would be best, but in the end they NEVER disappoint. I have gotten my sons birthday cake from the location in Amherst NH for the past 2 years. I don’t think I could be happier, it is always delicious and this year they blew him away. We have gotten every celebration cake from here for the past 3 years since moving to the area and could never think of a better bakery.
I was excited to see that my husband bought me a real birthday cake yesterday and couldn't wait to have some. We were very disappointed when we cut into it and there was barely any cake!! Icing layers were thicker than the cake layers!!!

I’ve been lucky enough to be spoiled with fredricks cakes on special occasions for as long as I can remember. THIS one was priceless. Thank you for making the perfect Hawaiian themed cake for our baby girl’s 1st bday. Everyone loved it, as always❤️
After much research, we chose Frederick’s for our wedding cake years ago. Now, we return for each anniversary and other special occasions because their professional staff and exquisite products are always delightful!
