Our son has been a patient with Children’s since he was born in 2006. We have seen Dr. Nahar for the last 18 years. He is very thorough and kind. I always leave the appointment feeling like my son has received the best care. We will miss him and the staff as my son moves to an adult cardiologist. Thank you so much for all the years of wonderful care!!
Receptionist on the phone was rude,my sons appointment was cancelled because I was given the referral slip with old address on it. I even texted a number that they texted ME on and received a automated response that no one is manning this line.The Doctor would not see my child because I was 15 minutes late.I was literally told,loud and proudly that if I was 15 minutes earlier "things would have been different". I have taken my child here for different issues, different times. The front desk staff really are not very helpful or approachable. Our first experience with the MA taking her weight and measurements seemed like she had not taken any measurements of a baby before and made me really uncomfortable watching that. But the Dr was good. Second and most recent time, the MA was wonderful and kind, the Dr was good as well. Extremely disappointed with the scheduling system. We’ve been waiting 2 months to see the doctor then they rescheduled it for another 3 months. There should be more compassion for the patients my son has not put on any weight some people can’t wait that long for an appointment. Absolutely disgusting, taking my son to John Hopkins!
The doctor finished his exam and had instructions for me. Because my grandson wouldn't sit where he wanted him to, the doctor up and walked out without leaving me any instructions. He acted like the child more than my grandson.
