The front desk associate Leah has been the first healthcare person in my life to make me feel seen and understood about my blood draw struggles. Most folks dismiss it as an “easy and fast” health task but this person actually asked up front if I had any issues with blood draws before I had to mention it myself. They then recommended a phlebotomist (Deborah!!), made sure I could be scheduled with her, and made notes in my chart about needing extra awareness and help. Thank you so much, it was extremely validating :)
I have went to this doctor’s office for probably close to 10 years now and it’s not what it used to be. This doctor’s office has gotten so freaking money hungry it’s insane. They seem to think money grows on trees for their patients. I called a few days ago about side effects from my new medicine.
