The 'after hours' charge must make them a lot of $$$! I called about 4pm. Had to call them AGAIN at 7pm. (after hours) Got charged $179, PLUS actual Labor ($210) to replace a $35 dollar part! $425 to fix a $35 issue! Tech Aaron was nice, apologized and finally arrived at 9pm. Is he the ONLY tech at 7pm? Thankfully, I didn't need any Freon (at $365 for the first pound, $200 each one after). I will NEVER call them after 3pm, ever again!! Next time I will save the $180 (after hours fee) and spend it on a hotel room for the wife... read more

Absolutely exceptional experience. Chris Highfill, the owner, spent hours consulting with me prior to the installation. He understood our particular concerns and involved himself in finding appropriate solutions to these issues. He sent an excellent installation crew to do the job. They were very careful workmen, cleaned up, and kept in touch with me during the three days it took to replace our two systems.
