Absolutely exceptional experience. Chris Highfill, the owner, spent hours consulting with me prior to the installation. He understood our particular concerns and involved himself in finding appropriate solutions to these issues. He sent an excellent installation crew to do the job. They were very careful workmen, cleaned up, and kept in touch with me during the three days it took to replace our two systems. Nathan was professional, kind, and quick at his job. He installed a utility sink in my basement, along with a sump pump to pump it into my sewer. His work looks clean and well-finished; he took the time to make it work well and look right. The price was inordinately fair too. Frederick Plumbing is lucky to have Nathan on their team.
