I took my son for a walk in. We were in and out within 30min. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and provide information on a specialist doctor my son had seen previously. They were quick but also cared. The caring makes all the difference!
I’m not sure where the positive reviews are coming from. From poor scheduling habits, pressure to communicate via text instead of phone, inflexibility and pedantic adherence to rigid 10 minute grace period (13 minutes was cause for reschedule despite giving them a heads up prior to appointment time that we were stuck in standstill traffic for 20 minutes 1 mile away due to an accident), and practitioners who don’t inspire confidence, this practice repeatedly demonstrates a complete lack of compassion, empathy, or care towards... read more
