They are absolutely horrible wait time is always and hour after scheduled appointment but they can charge you $65 for a missed appointment also not very accommodating to the working parents
For two years I brought my daughter to every appointment on time. I paid five thousand dollars out of pocket on time. Not once was my daughter taken in for her appointment at the scheduled time. She always had very positive things to say about the woman who worked on her braces. But she would have to wait for the Dr. to make it down the production line to check their work. She repeatedly said Dr. McMillen was very rude to the woman who were actually doing the work.
Great service has been received I do definitely recommend to any family member or some one else.
First appointment, you got us in for evaluation in a timely manner. Everywhere else we called was a 6-9 month wait. I know 2 of your patients, nothing but good reviews.
