I went to see Dr Hendrick's, he spent no more then 1 minute with me. Advised me to get an Ultrasound. I had the procedure and waited 7 day's. After no response, I called and was told that Dr Hendrick's would call me in 5 minute's. After 30 minutes I called back and the reception's got the Dr for me. He immediately yelled at me for calling, said they don't call patient's back after they get result's and oddly then told me I had no right calling..? I asked him what the results were, he hadn't looked at the result's and mention... read more

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
