No one provided discharge instructions, No one provided feedback on testing performed. Very disappointing.
Worst place ever took my mom here for her blood clots lag and spent over 4 hours when we got here she could feel her lag but after 4 hours of waiting she can’t feel it and even telling the lady behind the desk she tells them and it still took over 2 hours for them to even get to her
Terrible experience. Over the course of a week, despite describing symptoms of intermittent heart pain, head pain, neck pain, arm pain, leg pain, back pain, and poor sleep -- it would take FOUR emergency room visits between Meritus Medical Center and Frederick Health Hospital and having a panic attack walking through the door for somebody to take me seriously and figure out that I had been suffering from recurring heart inflammation.
