Knowledgeable and caring staff. The whole donation was quick and easy.
The entire team is exceptional. They all show concern and make the process from beginning to end a great experience. Jello is the person who has done all of my donations. He is gifted and skilled as I am not easy to stick and sometimes abruptly stop while giving. He is very patient. I enjoy giving blood at Frederick Health and knowing it’s going right back into my community.
I love donating blood here! Everyone is kind, professional, and experienced, and the environment is clean and calm. I’ve only had smooth, positive donation experiences here. It’s even relaxing.
