A buddy of mine lives here and If you want an apartment the size of a shoe box, go here. The staff are great, Laundry room absolutely sucks, half of the machines are broken and they are expensive, so make sure to do a in-person tour of the whole complex if you're thinking of moving here.
Never answer the phones , ignore emails and all calls . Maintenance is terrible , property has dog feces all around can’t even take my child to play at the park is ridiculous. Grown folks smoking marijuana around children , this property was great when I moved in almost 2 years ago but now not so much …..I don’t recommend….
The most welcoming staff. Very accomodating to concerns of tenants especially safety. Go out of their way to resolve personal issues that you may come across. Kind, understanding resolutions when these traits are needed. Planned to retire there but an unforseen, tragic situation occured where it was necessary to move on. Highly recommended for comfortable, safe and friendly neighborhood living. Very, very good rental rates.
