Staff very accommodating. Dr. Neequay(sp) explained everything.
My son was seen for severs disease in both feet with a referral from insurance. I still paid over $700 AFTER insurance. Did his pain recede? Yes, but they seem wildly expensive. Will not return.
Would not recommend, shady billing. They billed my insurance and for payment for services that were never rendered and bold face lied about it telling me my insurance wasn’t going to pay and I would have to pay out of pocket after I had received the EOB from my insurance showing payment. They then sent me a statement proving me right. I confronted them about it and got a stumbled explanation and now after relieving free insurance money for service not rendered plus my copay at every visit they are sending a bill for an outst... read more
Terrible customer service. No explanation of benefits associated with cost. Took 6 months to learn that my orthodics and sneaker were never ordered. Never again. Save your feet and walk to another doctor.
My whole experience was awesome Dr Chen was very knowledgeable and caring & the staff very cordial
