I just had my first visit today. My wife got her teeth cleaned a few months ago and spoke very highly of them. This was the best dentist experience I've ever had. The staff took the time to explain each thing they were going to do. I felt no pain whatsoever when they cleaned my teeth. They gave me their professional advice about my wisdom teeth that are coming in but were not pushing me into anything. I highly recommend them to anyone who isn't happy with their current dentist!
Our first visit was excellent. Dr. Dreher called the evening before our visit to personally welcome us to the practice and ask if we had any questions before the appointment! We received a warm, friendly welcome from the front desk staff upon arrival and offered beverages from their beverage bar. The hygienist, Brandy, was awesome. I never actually met Dentist Dreher but his tech was horrible. I recommend recording your encounter as I did. I made the mistake of not reading the online reviews of this place. I felt bad vibes here right when I walked through the door and strongly disliked his tech Karen after sitting down with her during the intake process. She does not listen and I had to repeat myself over and over and she still was not on track with my dental care.
