Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were fairly prompt Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

I have been going to this practice now for almost 10 years. All of my children were delivered through this practice, and I have always been very comfortable with the doctors and staff, which is important to me. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I saw Dr. Bart from the time I was 14 until I moved out of state at age 22. I loved this doctor and once I moved back to Michigan was happy to know that I could once again resume our doctor / patient relationship. However, since it had been over 5 years since I saw him due to my being out of state, I was treated as a "new patient" and when I attempted to get in to see a doctor for an infection, I was given an appointment date 2 weeks out! I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
