Staff is rude and disrespectful. particularly Tina the receptionist. Incredibly incompetent as well. one year ago my cat Twizter died a slow and painful death over the weekend because the staff is too incompetent to pass on an urgent message (or 10!) and Dr Karg is a monster for recommending euthanasia at an emergency vet because he didnt get the messages that I had been sending for 2 days until near close on Friday. Wonderful visit with Dr. Lisa Wolkind, DVM. Listened to my concerns about my recently diagnosed diabetic cat. She made me comfortable with how I am taking care of my cat. Clean environment. I was not rushed. Support staff is great. I will not be returning to my previous vet. I will be bringing my other cats(2) to her also. Thank You Karen Weis
