Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I think Dr. Frost is a wonderful eye doctor, however his front office has become awful. It’s very difficult to make an appointment which can be understandable with it being such a small office. I had my appointment over a month ago and I’m still waiting to hear back about my contacts. I went into my appointment making it very clear I was looking for contacts and glasses. I was told by the front office I would have to wait until the doctor had my prescription in which is fine. ... read more
Sucks when this place is an hour and a half away from you and get there for a scheduled appointment and the building is empty and lights off. I was a little late so if they did pickup and. Lose down they could have at least called me. Instead they wasted a majority of my day. VA needs to stop working with this place.
Scheduled an appointment on line more than a week in advance. I arrived 10 minutes early and the office was closed until my appointment time. A woman opened right at 2 but seemed confused I was there. I told her I was there for a 2 o'clock and that's when she informed me that time was never approved. I am tired of Doctor's offices not respecting our time like we do theirs. I would have appreciated some kind of response that my appointment wasn't happening. I'm finding another eye doctor who has a better staff for this.
Such a nice man! Made me feel so comfortable, his staff is wonderful also HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dr frost is a wonderful doctor who truly cares. if you need an eye doctor he's the guy you want
