My husband went to them for a custom engagement ring based on a vintage ring I fell in love with - they delivered and then some!! They also made the custom band to match. I receive so so many compliments on my rings. They are professional, talented, genuine and their customer service is like none other. I recommend them to any and everyone.
I love buying jewelry for my wife and need a store who will work with me to fit a style and budget that I am working in. When I visited Frederic Owen I had a dual purpose, I was looking for a birthday present and a piece that my wife could wear at our daughter's upcoming wedding. To say they hit it out of the park is an understatement. They showed me a variety of pieces to make sure we got the color and design correct and stayed in the budget I gave them. This is a great store. I am going back at Christmas!

There are not words to describe how much I love the engagement ring Mark and Kristin designed for me. They are an absolutely amazing team who worked so closely with my fiancé to design the ring of my dreams. What sticks with me most, though, are the screams of joy and hugs I received when we walked into the store after getting engaged. They were just as excited as I was! This kind of caring service is hard to find. I could not imagine using anyone but Mark and Kristin for any jewelry needs.
