We used the freddys reward app and I ordered a cheesecake concrete. I got no cheesecake pieces and weird little gritty chunks at the bottom. Nasty. Makes me sad vecause usually I have decent experiences here.
The girl at the window was very unpleasant, I have attended this Freddie’s dozens of times and the past few times I have had her serve me at window. She has had a horrible attitude and just overall horrible service from her. She acted like I’m a problem because I decided I wanted Freddie’s. Horrible service. I hope that she sees this and changes her attitude towards paying customers.
