I’ve never been more upset with a food experience then I have with Freddy’s this evening. Our family loves Freddy's! The steakburgers and fries are delicious! The custard is so creamy and smooth! They have so many different options for toppings! It's hard to believe that this place is considered fast food, because the quality is excellent! Although the food is amazing, I must say that my favorite thing about Freddy's is the customer service. Came for dinner and I must say that Jennifer is just wonderful! She remembered our family from our last visit and she was so gracious and helpful. Food was great, as always, and the service was terrific! You don't find people like Jennifer out there every day but she will keep us coming back! What a breath of fresh air!
We have never had a bad meal here and customer service is pretty good for a fast food chain. I could eat a ton of the fries with my patty melt or chili cheese dog.
