We love Freddy's. Every Friday is "Freddy's Friday" and we have a family dinner night. The food is great and the staff is friendly!
This place was amazing. The service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. There were 5 of us and we were really having a rough day due to a family medical emergency. The Regional Manager went above and beyond to make us happy. And he had no clue what was going on with us emotionally. Went here for dinner for the first time and was disgusted. Another customer grabbed our custard took a bite of it and said that they was handed the wrong custard .Then the employee proceeds to get a new spoon but it in the custard and tried giving it to me when I said I would like a new one someone just ate out of it I watched them she got a attitude asking did you see them? I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and the employees here can get trained on proper customer service.

Great Custard ice cream
Went here today for lunch after getting service done at Pohanka. It was a great overall experience. The employees all went out of their way to give top-notch customer service, but more importantly they were all so nice. Just really kind, warm people. The food and custard were outstanding. But the customer service aspect was the part that made me want to write this review.
