I ordered ice cream and they got it wrong both times finally I gave up. Not going back and not to mention it was my first visit!

This was only our second time at a Freddy's and our first at this particular location. I was beside myself with the excellent customer service we received. I believe it was the manager or shift leader that helped us and she really went above and beyond and was super patient. For her service alone I'd come back. I didn't feel rushed, she was informative, and just an overall great experience!

Worst Hamburger I ever had. Absolutely horrible. Will not return.
