I love this place the food and seribe is always great.
My family absolutely loves eating here. The service has been excellent. Food is delicious. We drive about an hour to eat at Freddy's.
We loved the food but you could definitely tell that the staff needed a shitty service star. Not only for the way they acted unprofessional in front of the customers but how they treated the MOD. The MOD looked tired, not only physically but tired of how the two (Chant and Savanna) I do believe were their names, treated her. I asked for cheese and didn't get it. Ask for lettuce and only get a drop of mustard and onions.
The slowest place I have ever been in my life with only 2 cars in front of me.
Last night will be the last time I patronize Freddy's. The cashier is running a scam by short changing the customers. He tried to scam me for $1.00, when I called him out on it he immediately made an excuse and handed me $1.00. The employees laughed about it and my meal was sabotaged. Fries were dumped upside down in the bag, the hot dog was under the bun without the requested onions, the burger patty was under it's bun also and after requesting no pickles it had pickles inside the bun. Burgers are good. Fries are ok. The actual service is extremely slow. With how many people seem to always be working; we counted 5 in the back that we could see and 9 scattered around the front, one would think the service would be much quicker. The staff is friendly but they spend a lot of time socializing with each other. We've gone twice, during "down time" when hardly anyone was there. The second time going, to wait 20 minutes for one burger seems excessive with so many employees.
