I forgot my water bottle and was super thirsty. I saw Freddy’s and decided to pull in and order an icy drink. It was the only thing I ordered. While waiting in line, I was parked by the back door of the building and the door opens and one of the employees comes out with my drink and I roll down my window and reach out to give him my money and he says I don’t need to pay for it and wishes me a good day! As usual, it was awesome! We were there in the middle of the afternoon and they weren't busy at all. The young man brought our food to our table and was very friendly. I needed a box to take home the extra fries and he again was very helpful and friendly. Even though they weren't busy they were working, cleaning and stocking.
The food is okay, but the frozen custard....DELICIOUS!!!
Always a 20 minute wait inside or drive through. Employee turn over high, order is never correct without a hassle. Today food was cold.
Took 20 mins to get my food. Fries were lukewarm and stale. Chicken tenders were flavorless and the one thing I said 4 times. Lots of France. And zero ranch with my meal and 1 ketchup packet with a large fries. And the shake tasted so fake I could have sworn it was made from wax. Nasty. Do not take anyone here. It is terrible. In the time it took to get my food 8n the drive through I could have gone to a sit down restaurant. Ordered. And gotten my food. FOR THE SAME PRICE! So in short.
