I ordered through the drive thru and right before I was done ordering I realized I forgot my wallet. I asked if my husband could pay over the phone. They told me yes and I drove to the window and they paid for our food! I was in complete shock over the kindness they showed myself and my family! I’m 8 months pregnant and had a very stressful day! Alexander was exceptional in the drive thru. He introduced himself, and let us know what condiments were on the burgers we ordered, without being asked. Alexander made this a pleasant experience for us. Thank you to him! He needs a raise!
rough day today thought I would treat myself to an ice cream, ordered a sundae from Freddy's in Idaho falls. Got up to drive thru window the gentleman said we like to do nice things for people and gave me my sundae and said have a nice day. It was such a nice surprise . It was super delicious sundae

Great food
There was a mix-up with my order through the drive thru today and Buddy immediately made it right. Great place and Buddy is a valuable asset to the company.
We LOVE this place. We eat here ofter. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The steak burgers are the bomb. And as my husband says there's always room for custard.
