Today as I drove into your parking lot, my heart was touched by an employee that gave his arm to an elderly woman and carried her bag of food out to her car for her. What a wonderful example of showing love to your customers! I'm not sure of his name, but I was very impressed with his customer service for your customer! Keep up the good work! ❤️
Slowest drive thru EVER. Took 20 minutes to get through the line! I'll never go back here and would suggest the same to others.

Prior to this visit today was always treated well. Today that all fell thru. Started at the top with the 2 managers where on duty. Yes, they where training someone. That stillnot justify taking over 15 min to make 2 shakes. Then when we notice that 1 of them was leaking. Drove back to have it took care of. Thier response was to hand a cup over and walk away. Guess that is the customer service they train people in
Freddy's off of western and 89th in OKC has the slowest drive thru. Takes about 20mins to through the line and another 20 waiting for your food and then there's a 50% chance that you'll get someone else's order. I love Freddy's and crave it every time I pass one but this location definitely needs to speed it up

We don't really eat fast food too often but were in the neighborhood and my husband said he'd never been here so I told him we should go and we had a great experience! The burgers and fries were delicious, especially considering it was fast food, and the frozen custard was even better. We interacted with three employees and a manager and they were all so friendly and polite. The manager (I think Marcus?) was very kind and even gave our son a free chocolate custard cup. It was our first time ever entering this restaurant. Although it was a little pricy, it was definitely worth it. It was a very friendly and welcoming environment.
If you haven't had custard, please try this. Great burgers and great fries!
