can't believe one of my favorite places to eat has roaches yes I understand bugs happen but come on near the kitchen the food and the drinks that's just not right and to make it worse when brought to the manager's attention instead of doing the right thing and just giving us a refund she had to act like we were doing something wrong her being upset over them having roaches and asking for a refund threw the drinks in the garbage with a great amount of anger and we were very polite we didn't make a big scene or anyting we trie... read more

so after taking 20 minutes to get our small order I noticed a cockroach on the wall on the food prep side...i told the cashier her reply " yeah I know" ...
wasn't all that good tbh. I've had way better
We ate at the 89th and western location in okc when I walked in I noticed an issue in front of the cashiers area (single roach not a big deal but could be), we went ahead and ordered. I have worked in food service for years I get it happens but it needs to be addressed we let the guy know immediately! The guy who took our order, a little skinny kid with glasses,seemed to be in charge and doing the most to make the experience great.... he was awesome.
