This is one of the better quick serve restaurants available! They’ve NEVER failed to make sure we are happy, even if they make a mistake or we’re unsatisfied with our choice! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a night out with family!

Thank you for supporting our local boys volleyball club in their quest for Nationals this summer. The food was fantastic,but the service was even better. Definitely fans for life. KAIZEN looks forward to doing more fundraisers with you all in the future.

The drive-thru is absolutely AWFUL! There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru when I pulled up. It took 22 minutes just for me to get up to the window. I only ordered a cheeseburger & even still, it took 4 minutes for me to receive it once I was at the window. I can go to Chic fil A, have 10+ cars in front of me, and still get out of there with my order in 10 minutes or less. I guess I will take my business to places with greater respect for people's time in the future.
