Today the District Manager, Diane, took our order. I ordered a to go order along with my dine-in meal. I paid and we went to sit at a table. I guess something seemed “off” about my ticket, so Diane rechecked my ticket and realized she had mistakenly overcharged me. She came straight to our table, apologized, and gave me back the money for being overcharged. I very much appreciate her honesty and the willingness to make it right. I was in for lunch today with my friend and we celebrated her birthday! We both are over the top impressed with the level of customer service we received!!!!! The whole staff was so attentive to customers and friendly! This location is by far the best fast food joint I’ve ever been in! We will definitely becoming back and eating vs running through the drive thru!!! Great job to the staff kudos to the manager for finding great employees!
