Best burger I’ve tasted in a long time. Their burgers a far better than any well known fast food restaurant.
Lobby was like walking through the gates of hell. Just too hot in there.
extremely slow in the drive thru ! waited in line for 20 mins for two burgers
Restaurant was dirty. 5-7 guys behind the counter, all looking lost. They had to remake my burger 3 times. They could not grasp that I wanted no mustard on my burger. Then they would scrape of the toppings and remake it. Which, I thought they were supposed to make a fresh one?... Nope. I should have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else. Will not go back for awhile.
Horrible customer service.
