Great mix of fitness classes. Good community vibe in the studio. Freddy brings 100% positive energy and you’ll get worked!
Freddy is genuinely the best trainer around. He cares so much about his clients and their well-being inside and outside of the gym. He offers 1 on 1 training, group classes and supports the community as a whole. If you want a dedicated trainer that strives to get you to the best version of yourself then definitely workout with Freddy. He has completely changed my life!!
