Ive been calling your office for three days multiple times for updates regarding bloodwork I did almost a month ago, all extentions are unavailable. Regardless of time or day i call. Please do better.

I am not one to write reviews, especially if it’s a negative experience, i understand people have bad days - but this experience was really upsetting. I truly don’t even know how to rate this office since I went in for an ultrasound (the ultrasound technician was very nice) and did not see the doctor, which I guess is just their practice and if they saw any abnormalities they would call back. My experience here has been awesome. Everyone here is so nice in anything I need to know they don’t mind answering any questions that I do have. Also, They showthat they care about my health in the journey that I’m going to have as soon to be mother. The staff itself says everything they show so much professionalism and their organized. I highly recommend for anyone to be a new patient to this location.
Dr. Montero is an excellent doctor! He’s knowledgeable, personable, and takes his time to speak with you. He, along with the staff at his office, made my unexpected transition from OB groups smooth and comfortable. I feel I am in great care.
