Amazing experience! These guys are true professionals — super knowledgeable and honest. I came in thinking I had a transmission issue, but after a full diagnostic they found out it wasn’t the transmission at all, just a software problem. They connected to the computer, explained everything clearly, and even gave me detailed recommendations on where to go and what to do next. Excellent service, fair pricing, and total transparency. Highly recommend this shop — they really know their stuff!
Got a 4l60e swap from them that went bad after a couple months then still charged me for a warranty replacement then that one went bad after a year
Had 6 different cars, repaired from the transmission.all working good.
I brought my vehicle in specifically requesting a transmission fluid change using ATF+4, which is the only correct fluid for my car. I told them clearly what my vehicle required — but they dismissed my concern, saying they had “a better oil” and not to worry. Shortly after the service, my transmission started failing. It would go into neutral after 2nd gear, and eventually wouldn’t shift properly at all.
