My spouse and I started going to the adult muay thai sessions a few months back and really love it! The instructors are all incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. Going to practice is the highlight of our day. Everyone is very friendly and there's a lot of good energy, highly recommend for any adults wanting to try something new.
FPMA has had a great influence on our kids socially, emotionally and physically. We have seen the instructors nurture and push our kids in amazing ways. Their expectations are high and they give the kids the path forward. We have had an amazing 4 years here and look forward to many more!
Instructors/staff are awesome! Super nice, friendly and very encouraging throughout the classes. Classes can be challenging if you're new, but the instructors are very good at guiding you through the techniques and forms. Love going to the classes. I highly recommend this place.
The staff is excellent with my little guys. Very organized and lots of class options.
Always have such a great time in class! The staff is amazing and so friendly. They challenge you all while going your pace... so I never felt lost or unable to learn the technique. Such a workout every time!
