I saw Dr. Engleman for cellulitis. I had gone to a GP who prescribed a medication, but that drug didn’t clear up the infection I had, so I sought out a podiatrist and ended up with Dr. Engleman. He knew exactly what to prescribe and my infection cleared up completely. He’s excellent-straight forward, funny and informative. I will definitely go back!

Very caring, personable and professional doctor. Dr.Edelman has always made us feel like family. My son has severe anxiety and Dr. Edelman is absolutely phenomenal with him.

Dr. Fred Edelman was great! I was able to get my initial appointment the day after calling and was able to get my issue taken care of with a quick surgery within 1 week! So fast and efficient. I was seeing a different podiatrist prior who kept dragging my treatment out and driving my bills sky high. Dr Edelman was able to diagnose my problem in 1 visit and immediately came up with a treatment plan. Beyond happy with my entire experience with all office staff!

I found Dr. Edelmen to be approachable and professional. He was able to explain to me what I needed to do to correct my issue. He was realistic about treatment and the likelihood of success. I appreciate directness in most aspects of my life, especially from medical professionals. We also have lovely conversations about life, in general, every time I'm there. Also, his nurses and staff are delightful.

Dr. Edelman saw my ten year old son and I don't think we will be returning. He immediately walked in the room and told me his sneakers were too big for his feet, that his feet needed surgery, and were "terrible." My son has Child Health Plus for insurance and he wanted to know how we qualified for that. This was an absolutely horrible experience. Other than getting my son's inserts for his shoes, we will not be returning!

My husband being treated for ingrown toenail...went 3 times..each time dr eddleman kept telling how overweight he was. Kept putting him down then I went in for support and dr said we both should be locked in room for 2 weeks and not eat!..never go back I would report his behavior if I knew where to. I won't be treated like that and if treats is like that I know he is others..oh we have BC/BS maybe I will ask them how to report him

Dr. Freddie Edelman is a compassionate caring Doctor. He will not give up on you whatever the problem your feet have. If the diagnosis isn't,'immediately apparent he will research it. He has been taking care of my feet for quite a few years. I cannot say enough for my satisfaction with his care.

Arrogant, dismissive, didn't care to treat "people like me" (on Medicaid). Utterly unsympathetic to my having diabetes and insisted that I stop listening to my other doctors and eat a head of lettuce 2-3x/day to control my blood sugar rather than take insulin. Offered quackery as medical advice, told me I'd probably have to have my feet amputated (still have two very healthy feet, thanks to my finding a reputable podiatrist when Edelman said there was no other choice).

He arrived 45 minutes late for first appointment after lunch. Receptionist said he is always at least 20 minutes late. He did not look at or touch my feet. Talked about bunions in general but not my specific problem. He was rude and dismissive. He talked about pain in a certain area of my foot. I said I don't have pain there. His response was "whatever ".
