I purchased a Glock 19, Gen 4 online and had to stop in to complete the paperwork. Completed the paperwork and departed.
Walked in said hello to the guy behind the gun counter, he didn't even say hi back to me. Then stood there 10 mins, not one employee stopped to ask if I needed help. There was 3 or 4 working there. Eventually just walked out. 2nd time there with horrible customer service
Man, great place. Mike sold me my first firearm, which I use for duty everyday (security officer). Very helpful and friendly staff, all willing to give their attention directly to you so you walk out satisfied. This isn't a grocery store, ladies and gentlemen. You can't just walk into a pro-shop to "take a look around". You're wasting time and money, not to mention making everyone nervous.
