I had the Crawfish etoufee and it was wonderful. The fried Crawfish tails were not spicy, which I like. My daughter had the fried catfish (in panko crumbs) and it was light and with a sweet interesting flavor. It is well worth a visit!
My company had its Christmas lunch here and from the moment we walked in, I felt as if we were a priority. drink and app orders were immediately taken and the ambiance was relaxing. there were a few snafus when it came to who ordered what but stuff made up for it by being incredibly engaged with the table. my steak (med.rare) was amazing. mac and cheese was just ok. but overall, great experience!

Upper mid-scale dining, on the expensive side, ( a small wedge salad was $10, what you would pay $5 for somewhere else) menu isn’t small but isn’t large either. Our service was slow and sporadic and it was a Monday night, so. It was a nice restaurant but it certainly could be better. A comparable one( and much more “together”) is right across the freeway at Popadeux’s! They are pricy but have excellent service and food! I suggest Freda’s take a chefs holiday and have dinner at Popadeaux’s and pick up a few pointers.
