My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Wallace for about 10 years. I called to inquire about a bill for my daughter and what the bill was from and was rudely talked to by the office manager Debra and on another occasion by the office staffer Daniel. Dr. Wallace is wonderful but his front office staff are very unprofessional. Instead of letting us know about bill, they continue to mail statements at $10 per statement fee without a breakdown of our bill. Just wanted others to be aware of this!
