Fred & Son came today to repair an outdoor spigot that had burst during a freezing spell this winter due to my negligence at not having properly winterized that water line. To my surprise Fred & Son deemed it a warranty repair as it was within a year of the original installation even-though the damage was entirely my fault. Had the pleasure to work with this company. They showed up for an emergency call and finished the job promptly. They made sure to test everything and get the job right and cleaned up after themselves. I had a chance to speak with both the father and the son and had a pleasant time and They were very knowledgeable and Respected their customers.
