Fred (and his son Joey) are extremely professional master plumbers who both know their profession completely. We have used them both in the past and trust them. They installed 2 Toto bidet toilets before my knee replacement surgery, and I couldn't be happier. They will not "upsell" services, but address issues promptly and with care. This time, Fred took the time to recommend the most appropriate faucets for our primary bathroom sinks, and came back right away when the parts arrived. I called late on Friday about a water leak and Fred came out Saturday morning and fixed it. I am so thankful to have a plumber who is so responsive and does great work.
They replaced the water heater at our house. Very professional, responsive and detail oriented. He came out in person to give the estimate and look over our existing setup the same day I called. He was very clear about the work that needed to be done, the code requirements to pass inspection and the overall cost. Would recommend and will use again for future plumbing needs.
The Fred & Son people were both professional and efficient!! They completed their task in a most timely manner!! The quality of the work was excellent and the product has worked without any issues!!
They responded quickly to my urgent request for service. Fred and Joey did an excellent job at a fair price. Everything was explained to me in detail and they gave me advice on how to proceed in the future to avoid more problems. I will definitely call them again.
