After the sale, we needed to contact Mike, our salesman, and the receptionist did not seem to know if Mike was in or not, and later (when we called back) she told us he was out of the office for the week. We brought the car back and received very good service. When I questioned the absence of a cover for the trailer hitch, I was told that GMC did not supply the covers for that year model. However, the car is definitely set up for a hitch cover. Tried calling Mike today, and did not receive a call back.
