by far the rudest staff I have ever encountered!!! You can't get a word in to explain your situation, without being cut off and treated like you are a complete idiot. Very short tempered and impatient staff. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere
it's not the employee's fault so be nice to them all they're trying to do is help you and whatever way they can show them some respect they're lucky they still have the jobs they can go to work to from the virus there not losing money

Customer service could use improvement.
The employees are great, they’re extremely hard workers but Fred Meyers needs to hire more employees, so customers are not waiting multiple hours for prescription!
My doctor called in a prescription on Friday morning. When I went to pick it up on SUNDAY they said they were not going to fill it until the next day. What can we do to make this more efficient for your customers. This is not a place that I will go to again
Once again, this pharmacy has treated me less than equal, let alone treated me with honesty, dignity and respect. I take a medication which must be filled on time in order to be stable in the treatment. There’s serious anxiety around this medication and to ensure they wouldn’t mess up my prescription AGAIN, I came into the pharmacy three days in a row prior to picking up the prescription, I asked the tech if it would be ready at 10:00 am on Friday, and each time they said, “yes it will be ready” of course I come in Friday an... read more
