One of the most helpful, competent pharmacy staff I've met in a grocery store setting. I've been going there for years. I accidently switched to another store's pharmacy once while in the middle of an emergency. The experience made me remember why I was originally with Fred Meyer Pharmacy. I don't see how to rate pharmacy 5 stars or I would.
While the employees here are kind, it is very clear that they are EXTREMELY understaffed. The wait times are long, even when calling ahead and told Rxs will be ready prescriptions are not ready on time. With covid it is important to minimize the amount of people lined up inside, especially for pickup at pharmacy and this line is directly where employees clock in and clock out. Fred Meyer please support employees and provide better customer service by paying for more staff for the pharmacy.

Everything in one place groceries and clothes
Brought my sons prescription here which was not covered by insurance. Signed up for GoodRX and showed the price to the pharmacy. They refused to honor the price on GoodRX. Expected me to pay an additional amount of money. If you allow GoodRX to offer your coupons then HONOR those coupons. I even had them talk to a GoodRX person and they still refused to make it work. Called in a prescription on Thursday, 6/4/2020, was told it would be ready for pickup Friday 6/5/2020 at 1pm. When we arrived at 2:30pm that day it wasn't ready. No big deal, but the pharmacist got angry when we explained we were told it'd be ready. He said to my daughters grandmother "there are other ppl ahead of you, and because I have to stand here and explain this to you you'll have to wait an additional 45 minutes." could not have been any ruder. We transferred all our families prescriptions to Rite Aid.
Very slow service. Some employees not very friendly. But the long wait times are overwhelming and seem unnecessary.
