I have to call to get my prescriptions filled after my doctors already sent the script — every time or else they’ll just leave my prescription in the queue. Do they realize people aren’t taking medications for fun? That maybe people actually need their medicines in a timely fashion. One of their techs literally told me on the phone “well what do you want me to do about that” — your job maybe?
So slow……
Fills quickly. Helpful and kind pharmacy staff.
The staff here is so kind, both over the phone and in person. I’ve never had an issue with my medications with them and they’re pretty on top of things. Today especially they were very helpful. I desperately needed my medication asap and the automated service said it wouldn’t be ready for another couple days. I called and spoke to one of the pharmacists and he said he could just give me a smaller version of it today and the rest when I run out. It was such a huge help and I’m very grateful.
*Edit- I have to lower it to one star. Switched over to Walmart and am having less problems. Had to use Fred Meyer for this weekend though. I called yesterday after seeing my meds would again be delayed for several days and was told they could have them ready in an hour. They showed as not ready all day and I had enough meds to last til today so I waited. Called this morning and sure enough they aren't ready, this time because they're being shipped from somewhere?
