Love this store and the staff. But what's up with the new WalMart look. Blue Yellow and white posters and now the good Union Checkers dressed up like they work at Walmart ? That just isn't right.
Friendly staff, good price and selection, fresh produce with many local options... Our favorite grocery store. And they support the local scouts!!
Although I love this store, I am disheartened when I go to the shelves for black hair care. The items available are extremely "old school" and toxic. Black people like to use products that don't contain things like petroleum and petrolatum Because they are causing health problems. Please contact the Shea Moisture company and order all of their products, as well as Alaffia which is a fair trade company right outside of Olympia Washington.
All employees in food service area wear aprons they cook in and prepare food in the disgusting bathroom. They also sold me a sandwich that was tree days past expiring, wish could have resulted in me having a miscarriage from food poisoning. Watch out.
