This used to be my, go to store, but lately so much product missing from shelves and when asking, “where can I find such and such?” the answer is most every time, “ gee, I don’t know”. Never have I heard, “I’m not sure but let me find out for you”. Sad state of affairs for what used to be a great store.

This store expects customers to check their own groceries. They used to have almost 13 checkout stands open. Now they have just 4 out of 10. I never used to have to wait mote than 5 minutes in line. They also have no more express lanes. The self service lines are long too.
At the Fred Meyer on 19th in Tacoma it had poor customer service only for certain people..racism? Prejudice for sure. This was at there customer service station.
Been shopping at FM for the past 20 years and I'm happy to see and be greeted by seasoned employees who know me and my daughter. They are helpful, kind and friendly. The store remodel is a much needed improvement and shopper friendly. I've been watching from the beginning and at first it was difficult to find my regular items but as the remodel progressed shopping has become much more easier, efficient, and quicker.
Did you get sold to someone or new management? You are not the same store. Remodel inefficient, doesn't make sense where you moved things. Less selection. Registers awkward. And stop putting less expensive brands on top shelf out of reach.
