Chris and Rachel were fantastic! After a horrible experience at a different Fred Meyer jeweler (south hill). THey went above and beyond to get my watches up and running before the governors ball. Not a hard job, but none the less they came through. I will definitely be using them for future jewelry needs.
I asked to go through with the warranty for my $300 watch. They said that they didn't do inspections for watches. They didn't even have the tool for it. They even told me to go to the Tacoma Mall to just get it resized. What a waste of a $100 3 year warranty. Never going to buy from them again.
