Chis fixed my ring! Lau helped me trade the same problematic ring for one that's a million times better. Lifetime warranty has been worth it in so many ways. I'm never going back to South Hill FMJ ever again. I'll make the drive from Eatonville to Tacoma.
Chris and Rachel were fantastic! After a horrible experience at a different Fred Meyer jeweler (south hill). THey went above and beyond to get my watches up and running before the governors ball. Not a hard job, but none the less they came through. I will definitely be using them for future jewelry needs.
