Absolutely excellent customer service. My granddaughter had a necklace with a tangled chain and they fixed it quickly. Such things will help next time I need a jeweler.
Took my engagement ring in to get resized cleaned and a diamond replaced. The ring came back dirtier than when I dropped it off (covered in black), the diamond that I had to pay to get replaced was noticeably smaller than the rest of the ring, plus an awful repair job that was extremely noticeable and done horribly. Not to mention they took almost 2 months to have this process completed when I was originally told 2-3 weeks. My ring is completely messed up thanks to this location. I had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and patient as I picked out a watch. A wide selection of products and Fred Meyer employees were very knowledgeable and patient with me as I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted! I’ll be back sometime soon.
Another jeweler really messed up the ring and the ladies at this location were so kind and helped me get it sent in to be fixed! Thank you so much
