The sales guy was really rude and overly aggressive . I won't be back there again
If I could give them zero Stars I would. Purchased a gold wedding band. Was told they would have the appropriate size sent in to be resized and they won't have to cut it. Upon picking the ring up 3 weeks later and you our complete surprise they went ahead and resized the ring by cutting it instead of compressing it, leaving a terrible gash. Manger is rude and unprofessional.
Poor customer service, rude staff, they just don't care about you. Don't go there to get your jewelry repair, the prices are absurd. ( incredibly overpriced). It seems that they don't care about bad reviews since the ratings are bad and they don't do anything to improve . I'd rather look elsewhere where they value the customer. (Literally lots of options).
