The sales guy was really rude and overly aggressive . I won't be back there again
If I could give them zero Stars I would. Purchased a gold wedding band. Was told they would have the appropriate size sent in to be resized and they won't have to cut it. Upon picking the ring up 3 weeks later and you our complete surprise they went ahead and resized the ring by cutting it instead of compressing it, leaving a terrible gash. We asked them to repair the repair and got nothing but attitude and contempt for customer service. I literally can't believe the gull is those people. Manger is rude and unprofessional.
Poor customer service, rude staff, they just don't care about you. Don't go there to get your jewelry repair, the prices are absurd. ( incredibly overpriced). It seems that they don't care about bad reviews since the ratings are bad and they don't do anything to improve . I'd rather look elsewhere where they value the customer. (Literally lots of options).
