I will start by saying about 99% of my jewelry purchases over many years has come from fred meyer. Whether it be Sandy, Klamath Falls, or Bend, its from freddys. I purchased some "solid gold" necklaces for my wife. Well, a couple have broken over the years. I decided to run them through with some other gold scraps for refining. Pro: friendly, helpful, and provided good information about another watch repair competitor in the area. Con: the watch part was not the right size, I had to wait 50 minutes to return it, and the $10 labor was not returned. Result: $10 in the hole for no result, since they would not return the watchband replacement labor fee for a band that didn't fit. Terrible customer service When buying 30 lb of cherries refuse to give me three flats. And instead offered me a tall box. The grocer should have known better knowing that cherries crush unless they're in a flat box! You choose to lose $150 sale because you don't want to give three flat boxes away. Safeway across the street was much more generous give me three flats and no problems with management. Even spoke to the manager. Even she refused three proper boxes.
Broke my chain, but luckily had a warranty. Regardless, Bethany was super personable and has been my warmest experience at this location!
