I have to say, I wasn’t surprised about the professionalism the ladies displayed at the Fred Meyer‘s jewelers. Thank you very much, I will be using your services in the future.

Horrible Experience. Bad work ethic. Damaged the product and wont take responsibility. Verbally loudly attacked the customer. Treated the customer rudely, with disrespect, also bullied and insulted customer. Didnt allow customer to talk, and didnt listen to customer.

I brought a loose diamond in and asked for advise on what I could do with it and was told the only way I could get help from them was by showing up to their Oct 24th event. Imagine my surprize when my "solid gold" necklaces came out looking like this. This is the remnants of PLATED. Beware. Never trust the sales associate when they say "Solid Gold". See pic. Con: the watch part was not the right size, I had to wait 50 minutes to return it, and the $10 labor was not returned. Result: $10 in the hole for no result, since they would not return the watchband replacement labor fee for a band that didn't fit. I was able to get it fixed at PB Watch Repair for less than half what Fred Meyer initially charged me. It took 10 minutes and 1 visit at PB, versus the hour and 15 minutes ove... read more
