Absolutely phenomenal and stellar customer care and services from the awesome and caring team at the jewelry department: Aria, Lew and Jeff, they are rare genuine-gemstones who deliver greatness and value to their customers. Their personal touch of humaneness, care and compassion speaks volumes.
Almost gave a 1 star, but they were very accommodating in person and able to make the wanted adjustments to my purchase. However when it came time to pick up my purchase, they couldn't find it. I had driven over a hour round trip to pick it up because I was called and told it was ready. When I called the next day, they couldn't find it over the phone, they couldn't even find my purchase.
