They entirely ruined a one of a kind ring, took absolutely no responsibility and demanded I leave. This place will RUIN your precious jewelry. Tony will allow his team to entirely ruin your stuff then demand you leave. I'm sending this up the corporate ladder, I will be following up on it daily, you can not do this and treat people the way you did after realizing YOU RUINED the ring. Unacceptable.
This location doesn't currently do watch repair or battery replacement after the staff member who used to do it had relocated to Issaquah quite some time ago and this info just hasn't been updated by Fred Meyer
Lilly was just fantastic to work with. She was very patient with my wife and me as we shopped for rings. She even special ordered multiple diamonds for us to inspect and select a custom ordered setting. Great experience and SO happy with the results.
