The brunette woman who helped us this Mother’s Day evening showed minimal effort. She didn’t ask for ring size, name, and didn’t tell us when it would be ready. We had to keep asking questions to get information. Didn’t even let us type in our smiths card to get rewards. Ugh.
We bought our wedding rings at Fred Meyers 15 years ago, and other than to size my ring smaller 12 years ago they are still beautiful!! Would recommend this jewelry store in Bountiful to everyone!

I've only ever come here to get watch batteries replaced because of the convenience. Recently took a couple watches in and an associate accidentally broke the crystal - totally fine. I get accidents happen. Was told "we will take care of this for you" which I guess I mistakenly interpreted as "we will cover the cost of the repair for you". Was later told it would cost around $130 to pay for the repair (it was like a $20 watch - not worth it to me and THANKFULLY not a watch I cared much about) Just thought it was kind of ridi... read more
